Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Astro Kamal Sharma, we strive to provide the best astrological guidance. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Consultation Fees
Humari fixed consultation fees ₹499 hai. Ek baar session (Call/Chat) pura hone ke baad koi refund nahi diya jayega.
2. Puja & Rituals (Material Cost)
Consultation ke alawa agar kisi Puja ya anusthan ki zaroorat hoti hai, toh uska Saman (Material cost) alag se dena hoga. Ek baar puja ka saman kharid lene ke baad us amount ka refund nahi hoga.
3. Cancellations
Agar aap appointment cancel karna chahte hain, toh kripya 24 ghante pehle batayein. Time nikal jaane ya "No-Show" ki sthiti mein refund nahi milega.
4. Refund Process
Valid cancellation ya double payment ke case mein, refund aapke original payment method mein 5 to 7 working days mein credit kar diya jayega.
